Our diagnostics revealed the high voltage battery was completely discharged, showing 0% state of charge, and some strange error codes. We had no choice but to drop the massive HV battery, strip it down, and attempt a careful recharge. ⚡

But things weren’t that simple… rattling noises, transmission faults, and mystery error codes kept us guessing whether this Austral was going to be a win or a total loss.
