Crustless Chicken Pot Pie (6 servings)

2 Cups cooked shredded Chicken
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
16 pz bag frozen mixed vegetables
16 oz pkg of Riced Cauliflower
Garlic Powder and Pepper to taste
Put in Sprayed Casserole pan, cook in preheated oven for 30 mins until hot. Take out and top with 1/2 Cup sharp cheddar cheese and bake an additional 15 mins. Enjoy!
