A native of Northern California, Charlotte cut her teeth in the advertising business as an art director in the 1990's. After that, she operated her own graphic design firm for 15 years before selling the business and diving headlong into the craft of photography. Over time, her style has evolved from a somewhat journalistic approach, to one that pays tribute to the natural world. She specializes in Yosemite National Park, a place she returns to frequently and where her 'intimate landscape' approach sets her apart from other photographers working in one of the most popular landscapes in the world.
