🍎 RECIPES
✿ kimchi fried rice (no meat)
• kimchi + radish kimchi + kimchi juice
• paste: gochujang + sesame oil + soy sauce + sesame seeds + kimchi juice
• onion
• day old rice
• butter
cook the onions and kimchi first. add the paste slowly then fry for another minute. bring heat down to add in cooked rice. add in any meat of choice here. fry until rice has absorbed all flavors. in the last 30 seconds, add 1tsp of butter!
