The analysis interprets the protagonists' stagnant waiting as a failure of Nishkama Karma, where their paralyzing attachment to a specific result prevents meaningful action. Godot himself is compared to Maya, an illusion that distracts the characters from their internal reality and binds them to a repetitive cycle of suffering. While a traditional Western perspective might view the play as a testament to a meaningless universe, this Indian Knowledge System approach identifies the characters' plight as a lack of spiritual discernment. Ultimately, the source suggests that the characters are trapped in a secular version of Samsara, where liberation can only be achieved by abandoning external expectations in favor of internal realization.
