This video shows how to quickly deploy Prometheus, Grafana and a Prometheus ping exporter using Docker for simple network monitoring.

The Ping Exporter is used to poll the network devices, and the status can be viewed on a Grafana Dashboard.

This quick start for network monitoring uses LXC on Ubuntu Linux to host Docker, which runs the Prometheus and Grafana applications.
