1. Map Design & Layout – 7/10
Pros: Introduced split spawn locations—a big innovation at the time. More complex than Nacht, with tighter corridors that create intense, claustrophobic gameplay.
Cons: The layout can feel punishing, especially with tight hallways and no real safe training areas. Flow is challenging and favors coordinated teamwork.
🔹 2. Atmosphere & Aesthetics – 9/10
Pros: Set in an abandoned asylum—very grim, disturbing vibe. Creepy ambient screams, flickering lights, and gore-filled rooms enhance the horror theme.
Cons: Some repetitive textures, but it's iconic for its bleak tone.
🔹 3. Gameplay Mechanics – 6/10
Pros: Introduced perks, electrical power, and traps—huge gameplay additions. These mechanics became staples in the series.
Cons: No Pack-a-Punch yet. Wonder Weapon selection is limited. Still a basic experience compared to later maps.
🔹 4. Replayability – 6/10
Pros: More engaging than Nacht thanks to perks, power, and a higher skill ceiling. Great for co-op challenge runs.
Cons: Still lacks major Easter eggs or much long-term variety. Gets repetitive for solo players quickly.
🔹 5. Innovation – 9/10
Pros: Massive leap forward for Zombies. First map with perks (Juggernog, Speed Cola, etc.), power mechanics, and co-op team separation.
Cons: Not quite as groundbreaking as Nacht’s debut, but it's the map that built the Zombies formula.
🔹 6. Balance & Difficulty – 6/10
Pros: Perks add survivability and player choice. Electrical traps give you more strategy options.
Cons: The map is still brutally difficult. Tight hallways and aggressive spawns leave little room for error, especially solo.
🔹 7. Community Impact – 8/10
Pros: Revered as the map that truly "evolved" Zombies. Often remembered for its difficulty, horror atmosphere, and the start of perk strategies.
Cons: Slightly overshadowed by later maps (like Kino and Der Riese), but still respected.
