The Bangladesh Cricket Conference 2025, hosted by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), is a two-day event that brings together regional representatives, coaches, and cricket administrators from across the country. Guided by the theme “From Smart Beginnings to Big Finishes – The Bangladesh Way,” the conference aligns national and regional efforts toward building a stronger, more sustainable cricket ecosystem.

Day 1 features addresses from BCB Board Members, followed by regional reflections that highlight local success stories and challenges. Key sessions focus on the BCB’s charter and decentralisation strategy, regional empowerment, and the pathway from grassroots practice to competitive performance. The day also includes discussions on leadership roles, women’s cricket development, and interactive learning activities. The evening closes with a networking session and a programme celebrating the spirit of Bangladesh cricket.

Day 2 begins with a recap of Day 1 and continues with discussions on infrastructure development, age-group pathways, and government collaboration in sports. Sessions on ethics and anti-corruption, along with an interactive learning exchange, reinforce the conference’s focus on integrity and continuous growth. The event concludes with a special address by the Sports Advisor and a celebration marking 25 years of Bangladesh’s Test status — honouring the nation’s journey and achievements in international cricket.
