Wages growth remains stagnant amid export slowdown | Finance Report

Описание: The Reserve Bank has been trying to poke life into wages growth, but it's been stuck at around 0.5 per cent per quarter for six years. That didn’t change today, with another 0.5 in annual growth. That means real labour compensation per worker, and real disposable income per household, after inflation, remain becalmed, so that source of economic growth is a wash-out.
