Sleep Meditation Heal the Inner Child - Rebuild Trust and Self-Worth (Part 1 of 3)

Описание: As a child, each of us builds the blueprint of lifelong beliefs during the first 9 years of life. This includes how we perceive the world, others, and ourselves. Once beliefs are embedded, each of us acts subconsciously to support and reinforce our respective belief systems.

Just one way we do this is by re-enacting the relationship models that we witnessed and experienced as a child, even when we consciously know that certain behaviours are not healthy for ourselves or for others.

Our inner world, self-talk and self-image are also a reflection of those beliefs formed from early childhood experiences.

If you find that you continually end up in the same pattern of negative relationships or treat yourself and talk to yourself in a negative or even hurtful way that echoes past treatment, this session may help you.

Intro to this session:
This session is gentle and does not include any other person except your child self so you will not meet any parents or caregivers. This allows you to meet your child self in a safe space which you create for the two of you. When you meet your child self, take time to notice the age they are, as it may differ from session to session. There is a always a reason behind the age of your child self and during the reunion you have the opportunity to give them what they needed at that time.

You may also find that your child self has a message for your adult self, as you both are part of each other's healing.

You can listen to this more than once to heal different periods of your childhood. My goal for this session is to help you rebuild trust in the world, rebuild self-love and undo any damage to self-image that stems from childhood

As this meditation is being shared by many people the world over, take the elements that resonate for you. My intention is always to guide but never to force you to take my lead.
