We explore this living museum of many restored buildings and get to experience tons of cool and weird artifacts. Vulture City is just a car ride south of Wickenburg Arizona. The site today was the former Vulture Mine, a gold mine and settlement in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. The mine began in 1863 and became the most productive gold mine in Arizona history. The mine produced 340,000 ounces of gold and 260,000 ounces of silver and has been credited with founding the town of Wickenburg.
