Описание: How To Find Out The True Creation Date Or the Timestamp Of A Windows Application.

In this video, I have loaded an executable file that adheres to the PE file format (the executable file format of Windows).

When you open an .exe file with a hex editor, Closer to the bottom of the window, you see the characters “PE” that denote the beginning of the actual Windows executable.

the creation date of that file always starts 8 bytes after the start of the actual PE file. (For details, refer to the PE file format specification.)
