After I met Norma in early 2020, we planned our program shortly after. From two very helpful colleagues, Alfonso Montes and Nirse Gonzales (1000 thanks again!) I received shortly after the sheet music of a whole series of original Latin American songs and arrangements. Under the title "viaje al corazón de la musica," we presented songs from Latin America, mainly from Venezuela, Norma's home country, in several concerts a few months later. Despite the restrictions on musicians during the Corona pandemic, we have been fortunate to perform our program several times since then. In the summer of 2022, we began preparations for the recording of this and the other videos. We were now able to complete the production in January 2023 and upload the videos to YouTube.
