Imagawayaki is a sweet Japanese fluffy pastry filled with a variety of sweet beans called anko.
On this bike ride, I discovered a cafe in Tokyo called Rarasand Setagaya to stop for coffee and tasty treats.
Curiously, I asked the shop worker what their most popular item was at the cafe. They responded by telling me that it was Imagawayaki (soft fluffy pastry) filled with a style of sweet beans made from anko called tsubuan. So here it is!
