We pushed east to the Bay of Fundy to walk on the ocean floor at the world-famous Hopewell Rocks (New Brunswick). We came for the "Flowerpot" rocks and the local legends, but we ended up in a race against the sunset.

Between the "chocolate mud," Sue's surprisingly effective purple flats, and having zero campsite reservations as night fell, this was one for the books. Does "Go everywhere, rest anywhere" actually work when the sun goes down and you’re still miles from a spot?
