How to Make Landi Palaw (Rice with Dried Meat)
1. Wash the dried meat and boil it in 1 liter of water until it becomes tender.
2. Remove the meat from the water and cut it into medium pieces. Set aside.
3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chopped onion until golden.
4. Add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
5. Add the boiled dried meat, salt, cumin, and bay leaves. Mix well.
6. Add the rice and stir gently.
7. Pour in the meat broth and bring it to a boil.
8. Once the water is absorbed, cover the pot and let it steam on low heat for 30 minutes.
9. Serve hot and enjoy your traditional Landi Palaw.
