NEET 2026 Exam Cancelled Again As Leak Claims Throw 22 Lakh Students Into Uncertainty

The Rajasthan Police Special Operations Group is investigating claims that a guest paper containing over four hundred questions was circulated before the exam, with one hundred and forty questions allegedly matching the actual test. Investigators suspect the leak originated from a printing press in Nashik, Maharashtra, and was distributed through a multi-state network, including coaching institutes in Sikar. The leaked papers were reportedly sold for amounts ranging from five thousand to thirty lakh rupees. Following the exposure of the racket, the central government has ordered a comprehensive investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation. The National Testing Agency announced that fresh examination dates will be issued, fees will be refunded, and new admit cards will be provided to the candidates without requiring new registrations.
