Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) affects one in every 5000 male births, and early signs include difficulty walking, running, and climbing. Most DMD patients lose the ability to walk by the age of 12.
But that hasn't stopped Dylan Marguccio from living life to the full.
Dylan was diagnosed with DMD before he was two years old, and it's his dream to have a hit song on the radio and raise awareness and funds for muscular dystrophy and atrophy research. Muscular Dystrophy Australia have teamed up with Australian music producer Angus Davidson to record Dylan's cover of John Lennon's timeless Christmas song Happy Xmas (War Is Over).
With your help, Muscular Dystrophy Australia can provide a bright future for people affected by muscular dystrophy and atrophy across Australia.
