Did you know that there is a Tate St Ives that you can visit?
Porthmeor Beach St Ives is stunning, and it almost felt like one of the secret beaches Cornwall has to offer because there were almost no people on the beach. Cornwall nature is breathtaking!
Of course, we visit a cute cafe and amazing restaurants. Cornwall food is delicious and you should definitely try it! We would love to go back to Cornwall 2020!

St Ives is a cute town in Cornwall, England, known for its surf beaches, and its art scene. The old fishing port of St Ives and its beaches make the perfect picturesque backdrop. The most popular of St Ives beaches is Porthmeor. According to many, one of Cornwall best beaches. It is located directly in front of the St Ives Tate Gallery. St Ives Bay (Cornish: Cammas an Tewyn, meaning bay of the sand dunes) is a bay on the Atlantic coast of north-west Cornwall, England, United Kingdom.

We spent our time wandering through the maze of narrow cobbled streets, independent shops and fisherman’s cottages.

The Tate St. Ives was one of the highlights of our time in here, as well as the excellent food.

The Courtyard Tea Rooms is a very old fashion tea room nicely presented. It is located in a small courtyard just off Fore street, and you can sit both inside and outside. If you want to try some delicious Cornish specialty, this is the place for you!

Inspiring art and breath-taking scenery meet at Tate St Ives. The iconic gallery overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and showcases some of the best-loved British artworks of the twentieth century alongside an ever-changing programme of exhibitions

In St Ives there is no shortage of restaurants and food. We decided to try 2 different restaurants.
The first night we went to Mermaid Seafood Restaurant.
The restaurant is situated in the old fishing quarter of St. Ives, it has lovely decor and cosy atmosphere. We tried the seafood and the fish and chips and we ended our meal with a homemade Sticky Toffee Pudding. Simply delicious!

The second restaurant was Blas Burgerworks. With incredible attention to the quality and the provenance of the ingredients, this award-winning restaurant serves delicious burgers with vegan options. They also serve local craft beers. This is one of the best burger places we tried in all UK!
