In this opening episode, I share my personal journey from Egypt to Paris, navigating life between two different cultures. I talk about my master’s degree in business management and mediation with a focus on interculturality, and how this helped me understand how cultural differences shape the way people think, feel, and behave within organizations. I then introduce the core topic of the podcast: real stories of Egyptian women living in Paris, their cultural adaptation, family life, and professional experiences between two worlds.

Dans cet épisode inaugural, je raconte mon parcours personnel de l’Égypte à Paris, et mon experience entre deux differentes cultures. Je parle de mon master en médiation et management d'entreprises, avec une spécialisation en interculturalité, et de la manière dont ces études m’ont aidée à comprendre l’impact des différences culturelles sur la façon de penser, de ressentir et d’agir au sein des organisations. Enfin, je présente le cœur du podcast : des récits réels de femmes égyptiennes à Paris, leur adaptation culturelle, leur vie de famille et leurs parcours professionnels entre deux cultures.
