In this video I go to pick up my Harley Davidson V-Rod Muscle from the dealership after having the recall work completed on it, installed a larger 260 rear tire (stock is 240), and having the wheel bearings replaced. The rear wheel makes a “whirring” or squeaking noise after it’s been warmed up and can get really annoying on longer rides. The dealership thought it was the wheel bearings, but it was not. If you have any recommendations please let me know!

I honestly LOVE the new rear tire. If you’ve been thinking about upgrading just do it! You will not regret it. It looks much more aesthetically pleasing than the 240 and the profile of the tire allowed the bike to handle more like a sportbike (the bike just wants to lean!). I did not go with the 280 rear tire because the price jump from the 260 rear tire to the 280 was $100+ (which isn’t cost effective). I’d rather just put a 300+ kit on the bike because the 280 and 300 rear tires are about the same price.

The Harley Dealership staff members at the Man O War location in Lexington, Kentucky were awesome. The sales manager came out and started talking to me about the new electric Harley Davidson—the Harley Davidson LiveWire. I think the bike looks great, but I would miss the sound of an engine! However, I am willing to give it a shot. The sales manager was awesome and offered me a test ride so I will come back on a nicer day and take her out for a spin. Don’t worry, I will take you guys along with me!
