hi friends... In this video I have shown you how to do the elbow hold. this is a basic callisthenics exercise. this provides balance, wrist and arm strength.
This is also an yogasana pose..called the Mayurasana...
don't hurt your chin while doing this...you could use a pillow below your chin to avoid injury.
