Back here in the country,... amid the ongoing impasse at the National Assembly,... a full parliamentary session of the July extraordinary session is scheduled to take place momentarily.
The four major political parties agreed last month,... to hold plenary sessions today and next Tuesday.
However, it's unclear whether the meeting will go ahead as scheduled -- as the three opposition parties -- namely the Liberty Korea Party, People's Party and Bareun Party -- have said they will boycott the session.
Representatives from the four major parties met to discuss whether the full floor meeting should be convened,... as well as the agenda for meeting,... however they were unable to come to a compromise.
The National Assembly has been in deadlock over President Moon's picks for his Cabinet,... as well as general bickering among the parties.
