Around this time, the wind was gusty out the SSE at 68mph possibly 70 but sustained winds at 38mph - 42mph. This is the strongest I've ever seen winds in the Sacramebto area here in California. There was a light rail shower also but was being overtaken by the strong windy conditions. I got some night shots if near 70mph winds also after this. These winds were so strong it got the big pine tree near the two palm trees at the beginning to lean which is a tree normally stiff.
