Описание: Let's introduce you to our GMP-025, specifically designed for dispensing polyurea for joint filling. Starting with the core of this system, our six-gallon stainless steel tanks provide durability and precision. The gasketed lids, tied to a replaceable desiccant dryer, feature a convenient window on the side – blue indicating optimal conditions, while pink signals the need for replacement.

Our internally manufactured Gearotor pump boasts precision and a unique lubrication chamber. To exchange lubricants, simply open the bleed port, pump three squirts of Vaseline through the system at the end of the day. The fixed gear system allows for ratio adjustments based on the number of teeth on the outside of the gear, offering flexibility in performance.

Liquid-filled gauges on the pump outlets indicate back pressure, ensuring control over material flow. Two 15-foot stainless steel braided Teflon line hoses connect to the telescoping extension wand, complete with a wheel guide and a manifold block for static mixer attachment. Note the grease zerk fittings for lubricant exchange at the end of the day, creating a vapor barrier.

Two shutoff valves, a speed controller with a rheostat ranging from 1 to 100 (weather-resistant), and a 1200 watt inverter for a deep cycle marine battery are all included. With a 7 amp draw, you can expect approximately six hours of operation on a single battery charge. The back tray is designed for convenient battery placement.
