The Auto-Max™ automatic capping machine can tighten up to 105 caps per minute. The Auto-Max™ is equipped with highly accurate capping heads that provide outstanding repeatable torque accuracy, ensuring a high-quality closure on every cap that it tightens. Up to four capping heads can be installed on the Auto-Max™ automatic cap tightener.

The Versa-Max™ spindle capper offers extreme flexibility as it can tighten any style of threaded closure, from standard caps to trigger spray caps, at speeds of up to 50 caps per minute. The Versa-Max™ spindle capping machine generates outstanding grip on the cap and as a result you can tighten your cap with as much torque as you would like with outstanding torque repeatability.

Both machines have an on-board computer that calculates and displays the production rate and the number of bottles capped. It features a touchscreen display and easy to navigate menu. Capping programs can be saved and stored for future use.
