How To Manage Time, Studies and Spiritual Practice? Spirituality can really help students with stress reduction especially when they are juggling course work, exams and revision. Gurbani has many useful tools that can be used to help with time management and stress, whilst enabling you to connect to the peace within you.
A few tips for students to help handle multiple projects, reduce stress and stay spiritually grounded would be to take 5 minutes in the morning and evening or whenever you can to calm the mind by trying some deep breathing, listening to soulful music, or trying a mantra that brings peace.
You can practise spirituality throughout your day in many ways.
