1 year of celibacy as a neurodivergent, trauma survivor, ex serial monogamist

I was inspired to speak on my experience of finally completing 6 months of celibacy, and everything I've learned so far since I accomplished it and decided to do it again. It has now been a year since I made that first decision, and as I sat in a coffee shop writing down all the things I have mastered this year that I have wanted to master my whole life, I realized they were A LOT. I know for a fact it is because, as someone who likes to constantly learn and grow, I finally have the time and mind space to focus on doing that only for myself. Not someone else, not our relationship together, not me in relation to them. Just me. So I sat down and filmed this raw, no pauses or edits. There's a lot of important things I missed and wish I said, like the fact that it was not easy at all and that it was a joint effort of me + the universe since there were a few times I could've failed to stay single but the universe did its magic to keep me on track. But the excitement of documenting this journey, posting on youtube for the first time, and getting my experience out there, especially to inspire my friends who don't feel like they can do it either, far surpasses any little regrets.

Because if I am able to live by myself peacefully with all of my:
-trauma
-neurodivergence/special needs
-recent heartbreak without filling the "void" with anyone else
-zero experience at 28 years old of ever doing life without a partner...
trust me, anyone can.
