Today I review the reissue of an iconic watch from the 80s, created for Seiko by the legendary Italian designer Giugiaro. This is one of a limited batch of only 3000 made, and is a cleaner, updated version of the original watch, which was made famous by Sigourney Weaver's Ripley character, who wore it while combatting Xenomorphs in James Cameron's "Aliens" movie.
In this video I discuss why its 32 year old design has aged remarkably well, why it's one of the most interesting bracelet designs I have ever seen, its drawbacks and why this is a fun watch to add to your collection.
