Описание: A structure-inherent multifunctional small molecule with simultaneous cancer-cell mitochondrial targeting, NIR imaging, and synchronous PDT/PTT/chemotherapeutic effects is developed. Human serum albumin further enhances its tumor-preferential accumulation through the enhanced permeability and retention effect via self-assembly. This work may present a practicable strategy to develop small-molecule-based cancer theranostic agents with improved tumor targeting for simultaneous cancer diagnostics and therapeutics.
