Описание: In this video, I walk through the Mid America Museum of Aviation and Transportation, located adjacent to Sioux Gateway Airport at Sioux City, Iowa. A small museum, it has more space devoted to smaller aviation related items and models than is has actual full-size aircraft, and as it is a growing museum with more indoor space than artifacts to display, it has temporarily added a display of interesting vintage motor vehicles. Perhaps one of the best reasons to visit is the fine gallery of photos and artifacts related to the United flight 232 DC-10 crash at this airport. It is also a great place for passing motorists on Interstate highway I-29 to take a break and see something different. The museum admission is free. A quick visit might take half an hour, but for the more hard-core aviation enthusiasts, a visit of a few hours might be appropriate.
