Here is some of my own personal training in Jook Lum Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu. Sometimes it is hard to find a partner to train with so I end up using a thick fitness "rubberband". Its a great way to give you feed back if you don't have anyone punching for you. This can be pretty adopted for anything you do. Have fun and play with this!
