Ingredients

● Possible Millet Idli Mix
● 1/2 cup Spinach puree
● 1/2 cup Yogurt
● 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
● 1 tbsp Garlic
● 1 cup Tomatoes
● Curry leaves as per taste
● Salt as per taste

Method

● In a bowl, add: Possible Millet Idli Mix Spinach puree & Yogurt
● Mix it well.
● Put the batter in a idli maker.
● Steam it for 8-10 minutes.

For Tomato Chutney:
● In a pan, add: Grated Coconut, Garlic, Tomatoes
Curry leaves and salt as per taste.
● Cook it for a few mins.
● Keep it aside to cool down.
● Blend the mix to a fine-paste consistency.

Serve the hot idlis with the tomato chutney!
