Описание: Ever wondered what a modelling job is really like? In this video I’m taking you behind the scenes of my first shoot of the year and showing the reality of a commercial modelling job from start to finish.

When I first started modelling, I honestly thought it was all catwalks, extreme beauty standards, and the pressure you see in high fashion like Victoria's Secret or the runways of Paris Fashion Week. I spent years in that world and it really affected my relationship with food, my body, and my confidence.

When I discovered commercial and lifestyle modelling at 19, everything changed. This side of the industry felt so much more real and inclusive. I didn’t need to lose weight or fit into one narrow look. I could just be myself, have fun, and still build a career.

This shoot was for a hotel I’ve worked with before, but this time we filmed video as well as stills, which was such a lovely surprise. We spent two days capturing everyday lifestyle moments around the hotel, from walking into reception and shooting in the rooms, to breakfast, dinner, and even a night shoot in the pool once it had closed.
I was also reunited with Jeff, who I worked with on my previous shoot with this client. Jobs like this remind me why I love what I do. Modelling can sometimes mean long days and tough conditions, so when you get a dream job like this, you really appreciate it.

I’m so grateful they booked me again, and it was the perfect way to start the year. I hope this gives you a more honest look at commercial modelling and shows that there are so many different paths in this industry.
