In this method a thin film of desirable sample is deposited on the substrate kept on a heated surface. It is done by spraying the solution containing minute particles of sample and solvent which will be evaporated by the elevated temperature.
It is one of the few methods to make thin films other methods include - doctor blade, chemical bath deposition, silars etc
