Sindh's current borders aren't ancient—they've shifted many times throughout history. In this video, we trace Sindh's geographic history from Abbasid-era rule through the Mughal Empire, the Kalhora dynasty, and the Talpur Mirs, showing how its shape, administrative divisions, and boundaries changed under each. We also connect this history to today's live debate in Pakistan over dividing Sindh into smaller administrative units — a proposal that has sparked fierce opposition from Sindh's political leaders, even though history shows Sindh has rarely stayed in one fixed shape. Watch to understand the real, documented history behind one of Pakistan's most heated modern political debates.
