Welcome to another video of our village life in Ilam, western Iran. Today we went to the village farm, there were many villagers in the village farm, they were harvesting okra, the village shepherd takes his sheep to the far fields of the village for grazing.
Today we picked a lot of purslane in the okra farm and brought it home to cook the traditional purslane dish Borani.
The ingredients required to prepare this local dish are as follows.
