Here's the Recipe for stuffed Pumpkin:

Prep Pumpkin: Hollow out a medium-sized pumpkin.
Rice Base: Fill it with hearty rice.
Veggie Boost: Add diced carrots, walnuts, fresh garlic, coriander, and cooked split peas to your half cooked rice.
Sweet & Savory Mix: Toss in a combo of pomegranate seeds and caramelized fried onions.
Spice It Up: Season with saffron, cinnamon, cardamon and cloves.
Assembly: Stuff the pumpkin with this vibrant mix.

Oven Time: Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.
