for the longest time, i believed that too.

i was trying to balance everything at the same time: working as a software engineer, studying for my master’s degree, creating youtube videos, and trying to keep up with daily life.

but after months of constantly switching tasks, checking my phone, and jumping from one thing to another, i started feeling drained even before the day started.

so lately, i’ve been experimenting with something different: monotasking. doing one thing at a time and protecting my focus.

in this vlog, i’m sharing a quiet and realistic day in my life in the philippines as i try to slow down, reset my attention, and relearn how to focus again.

sometimes productivity isn’t about doing more. because maybe it is about being fully present with what we’re doing.
