IMPORTANT:
Villager path finding still buggy, they cant find their bed or workstation cause the farm stop working, here is the fix https://imgur.com/VnqHpez
Move the beds 1 block further from the zombie and rotate it (place the bed when standing outside the glass) then place the workstations underneath, also you have to place 3 trapdoors outside to stop villagers jump out. This small fix will help villagers always find their beds and workstations
-But if some weird reasons they still cant find the bed or workstation and the farm stop working, break the bed or workstation and replace it.
More important, when im playing in a server they found a bug that villagers could despawn when there are beds nearby and they forgot their own bed but they cant reach that new bed. I met this situation too so dont put any bed around the farm.
Also, dont make any golem around the farm because villagers can detect that golem and theyll stop spawning the golem.

I know there are many great iron farms like ilmango, ray, docm, gnembon, ... but i want something small, easy to build in survival, from the begin also look really compact and nice at the same time so i came up with this cool design.
They need work and sleep at least once to spawn a golem so usually it will take more than 10 minutes and you have to be there, in the video i used set time.
It have the same rate as Ray Works iron farm, 320 ingots per hour, it quite a decent amount for a small town.
If u want to build another one make sure it have to be at least 16 blocks away from the other because if this group of 3 villagers see the other group least than 10 blocks they can only spawn 1 golem and if they see any golem in 16x16x16 they wont spawn golem too, u will wasted all the effort
