This series of exercises helps to stimulate the correct communication throughout the neuromuscular system. When performed regularly, we become more grounded, stable, mobile and strong. Cardio vascular conditioning will naturally be a product of the strength and alignment gained by this series. When our joints are solidly connected and the muscles, tendons and ligaments are strong throughout our full range of motion, we will naturally perform more movement with less interference throughout our bodies.
