Blair Witch Project Cemetery Filming Location Burkittsville Maryland
Since we were in Maryland around this area, I wanted to stop and see the opening scene to The Blair Witch Project and where it was filmed. This was the only location we made it to on this trip. Other locations are located south east of here.
I want to do an entire video one day on the exact locations, however this was not the day it was going to happen since I did not do any research on this before heading out this way. The trip was on the whim and a last minute decision to get out of the house for a day.
This cemetery has other notable graves beside the Blair Witch filming location and was nice to see some of the towns other historical graves.
