The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted to demand that County Recorder Justin Heap answer questions under oath about what is going on with his office. Board members said his office has dodged basic questions for more than a year about spending and election readiness, raising new accusations of stonewalling. If he refuses, state law could open the door to replacing him before the upcoming elections. Dennis Welch has more.
