MISUA SOUP WITH MEATBALLS AND WOMBOK

Easy and healthy comfort food.
MEATBALLS INGREDIENTS :
250 grams beef mince
250 grams pork mince
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 small onion, minced
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
100 grams misua noodles
300 grams wombok/napa cabbage, chopped
5-6 cups chicken stock
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
cooking oil
salt
ground black pepper
In a large bowl combine all the meatballs ingredients, scoop and form into balls ( make 14 pcs. balls )
Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in pan.
Brown the meatballs both sides, dish out and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil if needed in medium heat.
Saute onion until translucent, then add garlic and ginger saute for a minute.
Add cooked meatballs, chicken stock, season with 1 tsp of salt and ground black pepper.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add misua noodles and wombok, cook for another 5 minutes. Done ! serve with steamed rice.
