MIDSUMMER GIN DREAM
1½ oz Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice gin
¼ oz lime juice
½ oz Chambord
4 oz tonic water
Garnish: lime wheel
Garnish: two raspberries
Shake all ingredients, excluding tonic water, over ice until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass over ice.
Top with tonic. Garnish with lime wheel and two raspberries skewered on a cocktail pick.
