बालों का रंग मेलेनिन के कारण होता है, जब मेलेनोसाइट्स बालों के रंग की तुलना में मेलेनिन बहुतायत में बनाते हैं, लेकिन जब किसी तरह बालों के रंग की तुलना में कम मेलेनिन का उत्पादन होता है तो भूरे रंग के हो जाते हैं और जब ये मेलानोसाइट्स नहीं बनते हैं तो मेलेनिन बाल ग्रे हो जाते हैं। 25 साल से कम उम्र का व्यक्ति दवाओं के हस्तक्षेप की तुलना में बालों के भूरे होने से पीड़ित है और एक स्वस्थ दिनचर्या का पालन करते हुए, वह अपने काले बालों को वापस पा सकता है।
किसी को अपने बालों को डाई करने के लिए केवल हर्बल मेहंदी का उपयोग करना चाहिए। रासायनिक आधारित डाई का उपयोग केवल परीक्षण के बाद या डॉक्टर की सलाह से किया जाना चाहिए।

He tells when hair turns grey at an early age or can say before age of 35 than it is called premature of greying hair. It can be caused either by genetic influence or by a bad living style. Hair also needs proper nutrition’s but when we do not take a balanced diet and live in stress than it results in greying of hair.
The color of hair is due to melanin, when melanocytes makes melanin in abundance than the color of hair is black but when somehow there is less melanin produce than color of hair turn brown and when these melanocytes does not make any melanin hair becomes grey.If a person below 25 is suffering from greying of hair than with intervention of medicines and following a healthy routine, he can get his black hair back.
One should use only herbal henna to dye one's hair. Chemical based dye should only be used after testing or by doctor advice.
