Описание: The State House spent 92 per cent of its annual budgetary allocation in the first six months of the year of the financial year, with two billion shillings spent on unspecified expenses. The State House was also among the top govt departments with the highest expenditure under the “other expenses” category at KSh. 3.94b. This despite a litany of projects, some commenced 10 years ago, lying incomplete, some still at 5 per cent.
