Starry Sandstream by Furorem - Geometry Dash

Starry Sandstream is obviously a level themed of sand and stars, but a hidden theme I included as ascension, to give it a story. You're sinking in a sandstorm, then swim across the abysses, you come into the bazaar, then into the big shiny city, before going into a magic palace, before dancing with the comets and stars, which then take you to heaven to end your journey.

Continuing the mono-object trend... After World Weaving, Unspoken Poem, and Beautiful Brushes, here's Starry Sandstream!
As you can see I went with a mosaic style on this one, being way more centered around outlines than my last levels. This uses mainly plain squares, 212017 of 238349 total to be precise (Despite its high object count, it runs surprisingly well, but in case, there are still 4 options for detail, and if you want you could check them out, High & Low are also pretty interesting in visuals. Though I had to download the 4Gb patch to finish this level, and my PC wasn't very happy towards the end...

This level is both my best and my personal favourite. It was an ordeal to build because of the layers and the high object count. This level pushed my PC to the limits and goes from -100 to +100 across B4 to T4, yes i even had to use the hidden T4 layer. But I end up really proud of myself on this one, hopefully you like it too. It took me over 275 hours, wow...

Also this level is my fourth attempt at building a desert themed levels and my third at building a mosaic themed level. And with this level I ended up mixing both!
The first version of "Starry Sandstream" was from 2 years ago and the first version of "A Piece of Peace" was from a year ago. So I guess I finished two old projects in one go... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Don't except a level of this caliber soon, I don't want to have my next level released in 8 months after a breakdown like this one.
