• UG Statement of Marks (for all semesters)/Consolidated Statement of Marks

• Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate

• Transfer Certificate/Migration Certificate

• Admissions Affidavit by the Student (https://chennai.vit.ac.in/files/Affid...) – (Signed & Notarized on Rs.200/- stamp paper (any denomination))

• Admissions Affidavit by the Parent (https://chennai.vit.ac.in/files/Affid...) – (Signed & Notarized on Rs.200/- stamp paper (any denomination))

• Certificate of Physical Fitness (https://vit.ac.in/files/admissions/Ph...) – (Certified by authorized Physician)

• Undertaking form (https://vit.ac.in/sites/default/files...) – (Signed by Student & Parent)

• Recent passport size colour photos – 2 Nos.

Copy of documents (1 set)

• VIT Student Profile (https://admissionscc.vit.ac.in/freshe...)

Fill the Student profile Menu, download and print the same

• Copy of 10th, 12th, UG Mark sheet

• Aadhar card

• Valid GATE Score Card (if applicable)

• Community Certificate (For SC/ST only)

• Nativity Certificate (For candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, Ladhak and the North Eastern states)



Additional Documents required from NRI/Foreign students:

• Passport Copy (Student & Parent)

• Employer Certificate (original)

• Sponsorship letter (original)



The candidates should produce statement of final year marks and Provisional degree certificate before August 14th 2025, failing which admission will be cancelled with the forfeit of admission fee.
