At the end of June 10th, 2025's annual general meeting of BTB REIT employees, Chairman of the Board of trustees, Jocelyn Proteau, surprised the late evil one-legged one-man guerilla fighter Behrak Shahriari (who also happened to be a BTB REIT unitholder back then).
